Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Returned with original packaging and included components
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@omgcases.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@omgcases.com so we can review and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used or altered after delivery

Exchanges

European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Right

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

This right applies independently of our standard 30-day return policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically up to 10 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction
